Upon the meeting being called to order, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711.A of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and specifically under subsection:

(19) discussion of reports or plans related to the security of any governmental facility, building or structure, or the safety of persons using such facility, building or structure.

The closed session will be held in the Public Meeting Room's Conference Room.

Following the closed session, the Board will publicly certify the closed session, after which the meeting will be adjourned. No other public business will be conducted.
