Upon conclusion of the work session, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711.A of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and specifically under subsections:

(1) the discussion and consideration of personnel disciplinary matters; 

(2) the discussion and consideration of student disciplinary matters and matters that would involve the disclosure of student records; 

(8) consultation with legal counsel regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice; and

(19) discussion of plans specific to school cybersecurity.

The closed session will be held in the Public Meeting Room's Conference Room. The Board will publicly certify the closed session and vote on the matters discussed therein just prior to the 6:30 p.m. start of the business meeting.
