Upon conclusion of the work session, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711.A of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and specifically under subsections:

(1) the discussion and consideration of personnel disciplinary matters; and,

(2) the discussion and consideration of student disciplinary matters and matters that would involve the disclosure of student records.

The closed session will be held in the Public Meeting Room's Conference Room. Following the closed session, the Board will publicly certify the closed session and vote on the matter discussed therein from the dias, after which the Board will recess for dinner. Dinner will be held in Room 502 of the County Administration Building located at 9901 Lori Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832. No public business will be discussed.
