BEFORE WE BEGIN THIS MEETING THIS EVENING, I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE FOR ATTENDING THE SEPTEMBER 13TH SCHOOL BOARD BUSINESS MEETING AND REMIND THE AUDIENCE THAT COMMENTS TO THIS BOARD MAY ONLY BE MADE AT THE PODIUM DURING A PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD.

COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE ARE PROHIBITED AND ARE IN VIOLATION OF SECTION 18.2-415 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA.

COACHED BY ADAM CANNING, THE BIRD HIGH BOYS TEAM WON THE 2022 VHSL CLASS FIVE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP AND OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD.

THIS IS BIRD'S FOURTH STRAIGHT STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.

THE TITLE STREAK BEGAN IN 2018.

AS OF NOTE, THERE WAS NOT A CHAMPIONSHIP MEET IN 2020.

HERE ARE THE TEAM MEMBERS WHO WON INDIVIDUAL TITLES.

JASON WARD WON THE 400 METER DASH, THE FOUR BY 400 METER RELAY TEAM MAKAI LEWIS, TYSON [INAUDIBLE], BRYANT LOVETT AND DAVION BANKS.

MAKAI LEWIS WON THE 800 METER RUN.

FROM THE BIRD HIGH GIRLS TEAM CAITLIN COOKE WON THE LONG JUMP WITH A LEAP OF 18.6.

THE BIRD GIRLS TEAM FINISHED SEVENTH OVERALL.

PLEASE JOIN ME IN CONGRATULATING THE BIRD HIGH TRACK TEAM.

SO IT'S A TREMENDOUS HONOR TO WIN A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.

I KNOW IT'S DIFFICULT. YOU MUST BE GETTING ACCUSTOMED TO IT BY NOW, BUT YOU OBVIOUSLY ARE ESTABLISHING A CULTURE AT BIRD HIGH SCHOOL OF WINNERS, AND I KNOW THAT DR.

BLANTON BACK THERE HAS GOT A SAYING ABOUT THAT.

I HEAR IT OFTEN, BUT YES, L.C.

BIRD IS DEFINITELY FULL OF TALENTED ATHLETES, BUT IT ALSO TAKES A TREMENDOUS DEDICATION AND ESTABLISHING THAT CULTURE OF SUCCESS THAT YOU HAVE AS A COACH AT BIRD

HIGH SCHOOL. YOU WANT TO JUST SAY A COUPLE OF WORDS ABOUT ALL OF YOUR STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS? WELL, FIRST OFF, WE COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT GREAT SUPPORT FROM OUR STAFF AND OUR ADMINISTRATION.

EVERY YEAR WE GET A NEW GROUP OF KIDS AND LAST YEAR MORE OF THE SAME.

LUCKILY FOR US, OBVIOUSLY, MOST OF THEM HAVE GRADUATED.

I THINK I SENT AN EMAIL TO ONE OF YOU SAYING, WELL, I WOULD LOVE EVERYONE TO BE HERE, BUT ALL OF THEM ARE RUNNING TO COLLEGE.

SO IT'S FUN, AND I COULDN'T DO WITHOUT, LIKE I SAID, THE SUPPORT OF GREAT STAFF AND STUDENT BODY OVER AT LC BIRD.

CONGRATULATIONS. [APPLAUSE] NEXT UP, WE WANT TO RECOGNIZE AND I DON'T BELIEVE MADISON IS WITH US, BUT THE CLASSIC STATE CHAMPION TRIPLE JUMP, MADISON [INAUDIBLE] OF THOMAS DALE HIGH WON THE 2022 TRIPLE JUMP TITLE IN CLASS SIX OF THE VIRGINIA HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE OUTDOOR TRACK STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS, THE LEAP OF 40 FEET THREE INCHES.

THIS IS CLOVER HILL HIGH'S SECOND CUP PREVIOUSLY WINNING IN 2016.

A POINT SYSTEM DETERMINES THE WINNERS BASED ON OVERALL PERFORMANCE IN THE VHSL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITIONS.

TONIGHT WE CELEBRATE THE FRIENDS OF ETTRICK EARLY LEARNING CENTER, WHICH BEGAN IN 2017 TO SUPPORT CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND EDUCATORS AND WHICH RECENTLY CLOSED.

DIRECTOR NANCY ROSS.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR DOROTHY EDWARDS AND TEACHER OF THE EARLY LEARNING CENTER PROGRAM, JOANNE GIBSON, ARE HERE TONIGHT ALONG WITH SOME OF THE OTHER MANY SUPPORTERS.

[INAUDIBLE] AMONG THOSE MANY SUPPORTERS ETTRICK ELEMENTARY IN CHESTER COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

FOR FIVE YEARS, THE FRIENDS OF ETTRICK LEARNING CENTER HELPED THREE AND FOUR YEAR OLDS LEARN THROUGH PLAY AND PREPARE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN KINDERGARTEN.

THE STORY OF THE LEARNING CENTER SEEMS THE BEST TOLD THROUGH THE WORDS OF DIRECTOR NANCY ROSS, WHO WROTE THIS IN AN EMAIL AFTER UNANTICIPATED AND UNAVOIDABLE STAFFING SITUATIONS OCCURRED IN MID-AUGUST, AND I'M QUOTING FROM THE EMAIL.

THIS IS ONE EMAIL I WISH I DID NOT HAVE TO WRITE.

WE HAVE GIVEN THIS MUCH THOUGHT, DISCUSSION AND REFLECTION ON OUR PROGRAM'S MISSION AND VISION.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE ASK, QUOTE, HOW DOES THE FUTURE LOOK FOR FRIENDS OF THE EARLY LEARNING CENTER, END QUOTE.

UNFORTUNATELY, IT DOES NOT LOOK PROMISING.

WITH REALIZATION, WE DECIDED TO CLOSE THE DOORS TO OUR COMMUNITY BASED EARLY LEARNING CENTER.

WE'VE BEEN ON AN AMAZING JOURNEY SINCE THE OPENING IN 2017.

IT'S BEEN EXTRAORDINARY COLLABORATION OF PARENTS, COMMUNITY RESIDENTS, GRASSROOT ORGANIZATIONS, LOCAL BUSINESSES, CHURCHES, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY AND COUNTY SERVICE ENTITIES.

PLEASE SHOW ME RECOGNIZING THE FRIENDS OF ETTRICK EARLY LEARNING CENTER.

[APPLAUSE] SO IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT IT WAS THREE AND A HALF YEARS AGO WHEN I MET NANCY, AND NANCY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS AMAZING PROGRAM THAT THE PAST MATOACA SCHOOL BOARD REPRESENTATIVE ROB THOMPSON AND STEVE ELSWICK, WHO WAS ON THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, HAD HELPED THEM GET GOING.

THEY SAW A NEED AND THEY FEEL THAT THEY STEPPED UP AND THAT NEED WAS TO HAVE AN OPTION FOR STUDENTS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF OUR TRADITIONAL PROGRAMS, ESPECIALLY THREE AND FOUR YEAR-OLDS, AND THEY HAD A CENTER THAT THEY STARTED WITH A TRAILER.

THAT TRAILER THEN GREW INTO A CLASSROOM THAT'S INSIDE THE NEW ETTRICK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, AND THESE PEOPLE DID THIS FOR THE GREATNESS OF THEIR HEARTS.

THEY DID NOT DO THIS FOR MONEY.

THIS WAS NOT THIS WAS NOT FUNDED FOR THERE'S A NUMBER OF LEGAL REASONS WHY CCPS COULD NOT LEGALLY FUND IT, BUT WE WOULD TRY TO SOLICIT DONATIONS AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE TO KIND OF GET THEM THROUGH WITH SUPPLIES AND EVERYTHING ELSE.

AND WE WERE LOOKING FOR A WAY TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN THIS YEAR AND NEXT YEAR, BECAUSE ULTIMATELY THE GOAL IS FOR US TO OPEN A LAB SCHOOL THAT IS GOING TO BE ADDRESSING THE SAME SITUATION ON VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM ETTRICK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

WE WERE TRYING TO PULL IT TOGETHER FOR ONE MORE YEAR, BUT, YOU KNOW, THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON, AND I AM JUST SO GRATEFUL THAT THESE WOMEN UP HERE STEPPED UP TO HELP WITH A NEED THAT THEY SAW IN THE COMMUNITY, AND I'M FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOU GUYS WHAT YOU DID, AND YOU GUYS HAVE MY WORD THAT I AM GOING TO CONTINUE TO KEEP WORKING TO MAKE SURE THAT LAB SCHOOL DOES HAPPEN.

SO IT'S BITTERSWEET THAT THIS COMES TO AN END, BUT KNOW THAT WE'RE GOING TO CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD TO HELP OUT AND MAKE SURE THAT VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY AND THAT WE GET THE FUNDING FROM THE STATE TO PUSH THROUGH, BECAUSE NOW WE'RE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO HELP JUST MAYBE 15 STUDENTS.

WE'RE GOING TO BE LOOKING AT MAYBE 2 TO 300 STUDENTS.

SO I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU, AND IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SAY ANYTHING, YOU COULD DO SO AT THIS TIME.

WELL, WHAT I WANT TO SAY IS, RYAN, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

IT IS BECAUSE OF RYAN, AND I MENTIONED TO HIM THAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR A RETIRED EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION TEACHER. RYAN SAID, I KNOW SOMEONE AND I'M HERE TO INTRODUCE MRS. JOANNE GIBSON, WHO CAME TO US SHE IS A RETIRED CHESTERFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL EDUCATOR.

WE HAD KIDS THAT CAME TWO DAYS A WEEK, 10 TO 12:30 P.M, AND WE HAD A BALL, BUT WE DID HAVE DONATIONS. DONATIONS THAT CAME FROM VARIOUS CHURCHES AND OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND ONE OF THE ORGANIZATIONS THAT STOOD WITH US SINCE 2017 WAS MARTHA MASON HILL MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.

SO SHE'S ACTING LIKE A BIG MENTOR FOR HER, BUT SHE HAS A LOT OF PRESSURE ON HER BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO REPRESENT CHESTERFIELD REALLY WELL AND STUFF, ESPECIALLY THOMAS DALE AND STUFF TO SHOW HIM WHAT WE HAVE HERE.

AMAZING YOUNG LADY.

ONE OF THOSE DEALS WHERE SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PUSH AND PERSUADE OUR YOUTH TO DO THINGS THAT YOU KNOW THAT THEY CAN DO, BECAUSE THE FEAR OF FAILURE IS VERY IMMINENT IN OUR YOUTH, AND SOMETIMES THEY JUST NEED A LITTLE GUIDANCE AND A LITTLE SHOVE AND THE SKY'S THE LIMIT FOR ALL OF THEM.

SO THAT'S KIND OF WHERE SHE IS.

I'M JUST SO PROUD AND THANKFUL.

HER MENTOR, TATIANA MARSH, ACTUALLY BROKE THE STATE RECORD IN TRIPLE JUMP, AND THEN IT'S FUNNY BECAUSE MADISON BROKE HER STATE RECORD AND NOW THEY'RE TEAMMATES AT UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA.

SO IT'S JUST AWESOME. [APPLAUSE] THAT'S AMAZING, AND I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT RECORD SHE'S GOING TO BREAK NEXT.

IN YOUR DEFENSE, YOU IMPLEMENT A RECOVERY OF LEARNING TO HELP CLOSE THE GAP SUFFERED BY MANY OF OUR STUDENTS.

WE KNOW WE'VE HAD A LARGE EXODUS OF TEACHERS FROM CCPS DUE TO UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS, LACK OF SUPPORT, SELF CARE NEEDS AND INSUFFICIENT SALARIES.

WE ALSO KNOW THAT WE RECEIVED COVID FUNDING TO HELP OFFSET SOME OF THESE THINGS.

HAVE WE EXHAUSTED ALL OF OUR COVID EDUCATIONAL DOLLARS? IF SO, HOW MUCH HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED TO OUR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS? IF YOU NEED THE SUPPORT FROM THE COMMUNITY TO HELP MAKE SURE THAT OUR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS ARE NO LONGER LEFT BEHIND, PLEASE REACH OUT AND LET US KNOW THAT YOU NEED OUR SUPPORT. IT'S AT SWIFT CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL.

IT IS USUALLY 40 MINUTES LATE IN THE MORNING.

IT'S PICKING UP KIDS AFTER CLASSES START.

THEY'RE DOING A DOUBLE BACK.

SO IT'S NOT THE FAULT OF THE DRIVER.

THIS IS A LOGISTICS ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IF YOU'RE EVER GOING TO HIT THAT GOAL.

TO THIS POINT, WE HAVE TAKEN TO DRIVING OUR SON TO SCHOOL EVERY SINGLE MORNING, SOMETHING WE HADN'T PLAN TO DO.

WE NEED TO GET MORE BUSSES AND MORE DRIVERS.

MORE BUSSES ALSO, BECAUSE THE OTHER FEEDBACK I'M HEARING FROM MY NEIGHBORS IS ABOUT OVERCROWDED BUSSES, KIDS SITTING THREE ACROSS ON BUSSES TO THE POINT THAT WE'VE BEEN DRIVING OUR DAUGHTER TO AND FROM SCHOOL EVERY DAY AT COSBY SINCE THIS YEAR HAS BEGUN , AND WHILE DOING SO, WE'VE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE DROP OFF PROCESS IN THE MORNING IS A GRIDLOCK.

IT IS A DISASTER.

IT IS BACKING UP ON THE WHOLE STREET, CAUSING A FOUR WAY GRIDLOCK ON WALL STREET ITSELF, WHICH BECOMES A SAFETY CONCERN.

MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO RETURN TO THE DROP OFF PROCESS THEY HAD AT COSBY LAST YEAR, OPENING BOTH ENTRANCES TO REDUCE THAT TRAFFIC.

NOW, BECAUSE WE'RE SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT AT COSBY QUITE A BIT, I HAVE NOTICED THE MEGA TRAILER THERE.

SOMEBODY WHO'S WORKED AS SOMEBODY WHO'S WORKED IN DATA AND PHYSICAL SECURITY, I HAVE SEVERE CONCERNS ABOUT THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF THE MEGA TRAILER TO BUILDING TRANSFER. EVERY 90 MINUTES, THE PERIMETER OF THAT BUILDING IS BREACHED FOR A LARGE CROWD OF STUDENTS GOING IN AND COMING OUT.

SOMEBODY WITH BAD INTENT COULD EASILY TAILGATE RIGHT ON IN WITH THAT GROUP.

SO MY SUGGESTION THERE IS TO FIND A WAY TO A COVERED WALKWAY OR AN ENCLOSED WALKWAY BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND THE MEGA TRAILERS.

OTHERWISE, ANY SECURITY YOU HAVE ON THAT DOOR IS COMPLETELY MEANINGLESS.

THIS PILOT IS AN AMBITIOUS AND EXCITING DATA SHARING PILOT FROM THE VDOE TO TEACHERS AND PARENTS.

THIS PRESENTATION IS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING AN UPDATE ON THE ITEMS THAT YOU SEE NOTED HERE ON THIS SLIDE.

THE VDOE BRIDGING THE GAP PILOT FOCUSES ON THREE PARTS.

FIRST, PARENTAL ENGAGEMENT, FOCUSED ON HELPING PARENTS RECEIVE AND UNDERSTAND STUDENT PERFORMANCE INFORMATION AND ENGAGE IN DIALOG WITH THE SCHOOL.

THE SECONDARY OF THE PILOT IS DATA FOR INSTRUCTIONAL PLANNING PURPOSES, WHERE THE VDOE WILL SHARE INFORMATION DIRECTLY WITH TEACHERS TO HELP IMPROVE TEACHING AND LEARNING, AND THE THIRD COMPONENT IN THE PILOT IS INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING PLANS, SOMETIMES CALLED PERSONALIZED LEARNING PLANS IN THE PILOT, AND THE POINT OF THIS ASPECT IS TO DEVELOP AND SHOW PARENTS AND TEACHERS IN AN EASILY UNDERSTANDABLE WAY THE LEARNING GAPS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE OFF GRADE LEVEL.

AS PILOT PARTICIPANTS, CCPS IS IN A POSITION TO HEAR FROM OTHER PILOT PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS ACROSS THE STATE, ALL IN THOSE THREE AREAS THAT I JUST LISTED.

ALSO, AS A PILOT PARTICIPANT, WE ARE ABLE TO PREVIEW THE TOOLS THAT THE VIDEO IS SELECTING AND HONING BECAUSE THE IDEA WITH VIDEO IS THAT EVERY

SCHOOL SYSTEM IN THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL YEAR, 23-24 WILL BE IMPLEMENTING THIS PROGRAM.

HERE ARE THE FOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS THAT WE ANTICIPATE AS A PARTICIPATING SCHOOL DIVISION IN THE PILOT THAT WE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE.

BUILDING STAFF CAPACITY.

COMMUNICATING FEEDBACK TO THE VIDEO, SHARING DATA WITH TEACHERS AND PARENTS, AND SHARING INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING PLANS WITH PARENTS OF STUDENTS PERFORMING BELOW GRADE LEVEL IN MATH, SCIENCE AND LITERACY GRADES ONE THROUGH EIGHT.

NOTICE IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER, THERE'S AN ASTERISK.

WE HAVE NOT YET DETERMINED THE PILOT COHORT SIZE OR THE SCHOOLS WHO WILL PARTICIPATE AT THIS TIME.

NOT SURPRISING AS THIS IS A VIDEO PILOT.

IT ALIGNS TO THE MAY 2022, OUR COMMITMENT TO VIRGINIANS HIGH EXPECTATIONS AND EXCELLENCE FOR ALL STUDENTS, A DOCUMENT THAT WAS RELEASED FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE. WE BELIEVE THIS PILOT ALSO ALIGNS TO OUR COMMITMENTS TO PARENT AND TEACHER EMPOWERMENT AND ENGAGEMENT, TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, DATA DRIVEN, PERSONALIZED INSTRUCTION, HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR ALL, AND SUCCESS FOR EVERY STUDENT.

WHILE THERE IS NO COST TO PARTICIPATING IN THIS PILOT, WHENEVER WE INVEST THE TIME OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND WORK, WE PAUSE TO EXAMINE WILL THAT WORK ALIGN TO OUR STRATEGIC PLAN? AND WE HAVE FOUND IT DOES AS NOTED HERE IN OBJECTIVES 1.1 AND 2.6.

THE RED TEXT IS TO INDICATE WHAT IS A PROPOSED CHANGE IN OUR STRATEGIC PLAN THAT WE BROUGHT TO THE BOARD THIS EVENING, AND WE'LL BRING BACK AGAIN NEXT MONTH , AND THEN FINALLY WE ALSO CHECK ALIGNMENT TO OUR LITERACY PLAN, WHICH OBVIOUSLY A HUGE COMPONENT IS TEACHING TO THE VIRGINIA STANDARDS, AND THE PILOT PARTICIPATION WILL BE REPORTING OUT STUDENT PROGRESS ON THOSE STANDARDS.

SO WE SEE ALIGNMENT THERE AS WELL WITH THE ALIGNMENT CHECKED, OUR PARTICIPATION BEGINS THIS FALL, AND OTHER THAN MAKING YOU AWARE, I WILL GLADLY TRY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

SO I'M CONCERNED THAT WE NEED TO LOOK VERY CAREFULLY AT THIS PILOT AND GIVE ALL THE INPUT THAT WE CAN TO MAKE IT A GREAT PROJECT IN THE END RESULT FOR STUDENTS AND STAFF AND PARENTS.

SO I KNOW THE FIRST MEETING THAT WE HAD FOR MORE INFORMATION HAD QUITE A FEW SCHOOL SYSTEMS SIGN IN.

I'M NOT SURE HOW MANY WILL ACTUALLY ENGAGE IN THE PILOT, AND I JUST WANT TO KIND OF ECHO WHAT MS. BAILEY SAID TOO. I THINK, YOU KNOW, MY FEAR OF HEARING THIS IS THE EXTRA BURDEN, AND FOR THE TEACHERS OUT THERE THAT MAY BE LISTENING TO THIS, THE BURDEN OF SAYING THAT WE'RE GOING TO MAKE AN INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN FOR EACH STUDENT, AND THEN SECONDLY WOULD BE THE DATA COLLECTED TO DO THAT.

SO I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WHEN THESE PROCESSES COME OUT AND I COMMEND YOU GUYS FOR JUMPING ON IT SO THAT WE COULD HELP BE PART OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE ON REALLY WHAT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL, YOU KNOW, BECAUSE A LOT OF TIMES SOME THINGS AT 30,000 FEET SEEM LIKE A GREAT IDEA, BUT WHEN YOU BRING IT DOWN TO THE GROUND AND I JUST KNOW FOR ME, SEEING THAT PERSONALIZED INDIVIDUAL LEARNING PLANS AND MAYBE THAT'S A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MEANING BY THE TIME IT COMES BACK DOWN.

BUT FOR EVERYONE ELSE OUT THERE THAT IS THINKING THAT EACH STUDENT IS GOING TO GET TAILORED LEARNING FOR THAT, WE WANT TO JUST BE CLEAR ON THAT WE'RE PARTAKING IN THIS TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE ABLE TO GIVE SOLID INPUT ON IT.

OUR DATA ANALYSIS RESEARCH DEPARTMENT IS NOT APPROPRIATELY SIZED FOR THIS COUNTY AND [INAUDIBLE] DEPARTMENT IS BIGGER.

SO TO ME, THIS IS AN UNFUNDED MANDATE, AND I'M VERY CONCERNED THAT WE ARE YOU KNOW, I FEEL LIKE I'M ALREADY STRAINING OUR DEPARTMENT AND SOMETIMES THEY HAVE TO DO SIDE PROJECTS.

I REMEMBER WHEN MS. BAILEY CALLED FOR MORE SUPPORT FOR TEACHERS, AND THEY DID THIS INCREDIBLE DASHBOARD, RIGHT? LIKE OVERNIGHT, IT WAS A PHENOMENAL ASK, AND WHAT THEY DID WAS AMAZING.

SO I'M REALLY CONCERNED THAT WE DON'T HAVE THE RESOURCES AND IT WILL JUST MEAN MORE PLANNING PERIODS AWAY FROM TEACHERS, AND I'M NOT SURE HOW OUR DATA DEPARTMENT IS GOING TO HANDLE THE NEEDS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD IN ADDITION TO THE STATE.

WELL, YOU ARE CORRECT IN RECOGNIZING WE HAVE AN OUTSTANDING TEAM OF THREE AND FOR A DIVISION THIS SIZE, I COULD CERTAINLY POINT TO EXAMPLES OTHER PLACES THAT HAVE MANY MORE THAN THAT ON THAT TEAM.

MY UNDERSTANDING AT THIS POINT FOR THIS PILOT IS THAT THE BURDEN OF COMPILING THE DATA AND PROVIDING IT DIRECTLY TO TEACHERS AND PARENTS WILL FALL TO THE VDOE. THEY ARE SECURING VENDORS.

THEY ARE USING ANY DATA POINTS THAT ARE REQUIRED ASSESSMENT ADMINISTRATIONS FROM VDOE SO THEY'LL HAVE ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION.

THEY WORK WITH THEIR VENDORS TO COMPILE IT IN THOSE EASILY TO UNDERSTAND REPORTS AND THEN ISSUE IT OUT.

WE HAVE DR.

TILLMAN WITH OUR TECHNOLOGY TEAM AS WELL AS OUR RESEARCH TEAM INVOLVED AT THE TABLE IN THIS PILOT SO THAT THEY ARE WATCHING AND LISTENING FOR DOES ANY OF THIS ROLL BACK ONTO THE SCHOOL DIVISION FROM A CAPACITY STANDPOINT TO DO THE WORK? OR IS IT THE GIFT OF WORK BEING DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE? WE'RE SEEING THAT INCREASED RIDERSHIP, AND THERE WERE COMMENTS EARLIER ABOUT SOME OVERCROWDING ON BUSSES.

WE'RE ADDRESSING THOSE THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE HAVE TO DO IS TAKE SOME GOOD STUDENT COUNTS AT THE START OF THE YEAR AND EVEN OUT THOSE LOADS.

WE ALSO TALKED ABOUT THE FACT THAT SOME OF THE BUSSES AREN'T ARRIVING ON TIME YET, BUT THEY WILL.

ONE OF THE STRATEGIES THAT WE'RE ABOUT TO ENACT BEGINNING NEXT WEEK IS TO DELIVER A LITTLE BIT EARLIER IN THE MORNING TO FOUR MIDDLE SCHOOLS IN PARTICULAR.

SOME OF THOSE SCHOOLS HAVE SOME DOUBLE BACK RUNS AND WE NEED TO DROP OFF THOSE STUDENTS A LITTLE BEFORE 7:15 INSTEAD OF AFTER 7:15 SO THAT SECOND RUN CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER, AND SO THAT'S COMING INTO THE NEXT TWO WEEKS IN REGARDS TO THAT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENT, AND THEN WE'RE CONTINUING TO STRIVE TO BRING MORE DRIVERS OUT OF OUR TRAINING PIPELINE.

WE HAVE THE SEVEN DRIVERS RETURNING FROM THEIR HIATUS DUE TO THEIR SRP REQUIREMENTS, AND THEN WE HAVE ABOUT 20 DRIVERS THAT ARE IN TRAINING EITHER IN BEHIND THE WHEEL OR ABOUT TO ENTER.

2500 HIRES AND UP IN A YEAR IS A LOT OF HIRES.

WE HIRED OVER 240 BUS DRIVERS IN THE LAST YEAR.

OUR VACANCIES. AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, WE HAD ABOUT 209 TEACHING VACANCIES.

WE HAD 161 ANNUAL SUBS HIRED.

THOSE NUMBERS HAVE IMPROVED SLIGHTLY SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, AND THEN I DID WANT TO SPEND A LITTLE BIT OF TIME ON OUR BUS DRIVER NUMBERS, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT'S REALLY IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY, AND I LOOK AT THIS DONUT OF NUMBERS EVERY DAY AND SOMETIMES ON WEEKENDS, BUT IF YOU'RE NOT USED TO LOOKING AT IT, YOU KNOW WHAT THOSE CATEGORIES MEAN. AND SO WE STARTED THE YEAR WITH ABOUT 49 DRIVER VACANCIES.

WE DID HAVE SOME INCREASE IN DRIVERS.

AS MR. DAVIS MENTIONED, WE HAVE INCREASED DEMAND INCREASED STUDENT POPULATION.

SO THERE WERE A FEW MORE DRIVER POSITIONS THIS YEAR THAN LAST.

THE BULLETS AT THE TOP ARE THE ONES THAT ARE CLOSEST TO BEING DRIVERS.

SO TRAINEES, THOSE ARE FOLKS WHO ARE IN CLASSES OR BEHIND THE WHEEL, AND WE HAD 38 AT THE START OF SCHOOL MEDICAL STATUS.

THOSE FOLKS HAVE MADE IT THROUGH ALL THE OTHER PARTS OF THE PROCESS AND THEY ARE WORKING WITH THE EMPLOYEE MEDICAL CENTER, GETTING ALL OF THEIR MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION AND TO BE CLEARED FOR THE TRAINING.

THOSE NUMBERS ARE PRETTY SOLID.

WE HAVE A VERY HIGH PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE MAKE IT THROUGH TRAINING AND WE HAVE A HIGH PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE COMPLETE THE MEDICAL PROCESS, ALTHOUGH SOMETIMES DEPENDING ON THEIR PHYSICIAN'S RESPONSE, THAT CAN CAUSE A BIT OF A DELAY.

BACKGROUND STATUS, WE HAD 72 IN BACKGROUND STATUS.

WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO SEE IS THE LARGER NUMBER THERE BECAUSE THOSE ARE FOLKS WHO ARE SELF SCHEDULING AND SOMETIMES THEY DECIDE NOT TO ACCEPT THE POSITION, AND WE DO A NUMBER OF REMINDERS AND PHONE CALLS ABOUT SCHEDULING.

THE TWO FOCUS AREAS THAT WE'VE CHOSEN TO SUPPORT IMAGINE TOMORROW ARE INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP, DEVELOPMENT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

THIS YEAR, WE'RE BRINGING IN OUR ASSISTANT LEADERS FOR QUARTERLY MEETINGS TO BUILD THEIR INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND TO DIFFERENTIATE, DIFFERENTIATE SUPPORT FOR SCHOOL BASED LEADERSHIP IN THE AREA OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

OUR GOAL IS TO ARTICULATE A MODEL OF SHARED VISION FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ACROSS THE SCHOOL DIVISION.

OUR MAJOR FOCUS TO ADDRESS CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IS THE SCHOOL INNOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT PLANNING PROCESS.

OUR TEAM WILL MEET WITH EACH SCHOOL TO REVIEW THEIR CIP PLANS.

OF THE 65 SCHOOLS OVER THE LAST WEEK AND A HALF, WE'VE ALREADY MET WITH 17 SCHOOLS INDIVIDUALLY TO GO OVER THEIR CIP PLAN.

A MONTHLY MEETING WILL BE SCHEDULED WITH SCHOOLS WHO WE IDENTIFY AS PRIORITY SCHOOLS BASED ON THEIR ACADEMIC FOCUS AREAS.

WE WILL BUILD COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH DIVISION LEADERS, SCHOOL LEADERS AND THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION'S OFFICE OF SCHOOL QUALITY TO ALIGN OUR EXPECTATIONS AND OUR SUPPORTS. OUR CENTRAL OFFICE AND SCHOOL BASED LEADERS WILL BE ENGAGED AND TARGETED NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AROUND COMMON PROBLEMS OF PRACTICE, AND THESE GOALS ARE ALIGNED TO OUR STRATEGIC PLAN GOALS ONE AND TWO.

THE TWO DRIVERS THAT WE FEEL ARE GOING TO BE CRITICAL THIS YEAR, IN THOSE THREE BIG WORK AREAS, NUMBER ONE TIME, LOOKING AT EVERY SINGLE MINUTE THAT WE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEARNING AND THEN CREATIVELY USING MINUTES, CREATIVELY USING SUBSTITUTES, FOR EXAMPLE, IN ORDER TO REALLY PULL THE RIGHT PEOPLE TOGETHER

SO JUST SOMETIMES I THINK THAT THE INCREASING STAFF COMPONENT IS GOING TO HAVE TO IT'S NOT JUST HAVING AN INCREDIBLE PROGRAM.

I WOULD REMIND YOU, THOUGH, THAT TECHNOLOGY ALSO HAS A SEPARATE TECHNOLOGY PLAN THAT IS NOT JUST IN ALIGNMENT WITH OUR STRATEGIC PLAN, BUT ALSO IN ALIGNMENT WITH THE STATE'S TECHNOLOGY PLAN.

SO IF YOU'RE EVER INTERESTED IN THAT, IT'S A GREAT READ AND IT WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED AFTER WE FINISH APPROVING ALL OF THESE THINGS.

SO TECHNOLOGY HAS REALLY BEEN FOCUSED IN THE LAST YEAR ON PROVIDING THE TOOLS THAT ARE NEEDED FOR DIGITAL CURRICULUM.

SO SOME OF THOSE THINGS THAT WE HAVE DONE, SOME OF THE MORE VISIBLE THINGS THAT WE'VE DONE ARE WE'VE REPLACED A TREMENDOUS NUMBER OF TEACHER LAPTOPS LAST YEAR, ALTHOUGH WE WERE SOMEWHAT LATE BECAUSE OF SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES, WE DID FINALLY GET THEM REPLACED.

SO THAT GREATLY INCREASED A LOT OF PRODUCTIVITY.

WE REPLACED LIBRARY COMPUTERS LAST YEAR IN ALL OF OUR LIBRARIES.

WE ALSO REPLACED ALL SECONDARY CHROMEBOOKS.

THAT WAS 35,000 CHROMEBOOKS THAT WE REPLACED, AND WE DID THAT IN SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR.

THAT DID NOT TAKE US ALL YEAR.

IT TOOK US THREE WEEKS.

IT WAS FANTASTIC. MY STAFF REALLY WORKED HARD ON THAT AND WE UPGRADED OUR INTERNET BANDWIDTH IN OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS TO BE FIVE TIMES MORE.

I WON'T SAY FASTER, BUT FASTER IS THE LAYMAN'S TERM FOR IT, BUT IT'S MORE BANDWIDTH, IT'S MORE AVAILABILITY, SO MORE REQUESTS CAN BE ANSWERED FASTER.

WE ARE CONSTANTLY CONCERNED WITH CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

THAT IS MY DRIVING FORCE.

EVERY DAY I AM LOOKING AT EFFICIENCY.

SO WE'RE GOING BACK AND WE'RE TRYING TO DOCUMENT SOME OF THOSE PROCEDURES, AND THAT'S NOT UNCOMMON IN THE IT DEPARTMENT EITHER, BECAUSE WE MOVE SO FAST, THERE'S OFTEN NO TIME TO GO BACK AND DOCUMENT.

SO WE ARE ALSO CONCERNED WITH CALIBRATION.

WE HAVE THESE THESE C WORDS ALL OVER THE PLACE, BUT CALIBRATION IS IMPORTANT TO US TOO, AND THAT'S PART OF THAT EFFICIENCY CHECK.

WE SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS, RESPONDING TO SUBPOENAS AND TRAINING TO COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS WHO SERVE ON SCHOOL BOARD ADVISORY COMMITTEES, AND OF COURSE, WE SUPPORT CENTRAL OFFICE BY RESPONDING TO FEDERAL EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, REGULATORY AGENCIES AS WELL AS STATE UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS. WE ASSIST IN DRAFTING AND REVIEW OF SCHOOL BOARD POLICIES AND PROVIDING DIRECT LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE SUPERINTENDENT'S AND THE SCHOOL BOARD'S PRIORITIES.

THE SCHOOL PRINCIPALS AND REGISTRARS, BUT THIS YEAR WE ALSO MET FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH DSAS DIRECTORS OF STUDENT ACTIVITIES, NEW SCHOOL COUNSELORS AND SCHOOL LIBRARIANS, AND IT WAS A TERRIFIC OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR WHERE THEIR LEGAL CONCERNS WERE AND TO DIRECTLY SPEAK WITH THEM, AND LATER THIS FALL, FOR THE FIRST TIME, WE'LL GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO MEET WITH THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS AND DEANS.

SO WE GET A CHANCE TO MORE DIRECT CONTACT.

SO WE ARE VERY MUCH FOCUSED ON THE STRATEGIC PLAN AND PROVIDING SUPPORT TO ALL OF OUR CHIEFS.

WE'RE GOING TO LOOK, OBVIOUSLY, TO TRY TO FIND A WAY TO MINIMIZE THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY THAT'S GOING ON, BOTH AS OUR CAMPUS AND TO SUPPLY OUR STUDENTS AND STAFF WITH AS MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO PROTECT THEMSELVES WHILE AT SCHOOL.

ONE OF THE BIG THINGS WE LOOK AT IS MORE OF AWARENESS AT OUR SCHOOL LEVEL AS WELL AS AT THE CENTRAL OFFICE LEVEL IS ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON AND WHAT SHOULD WE BE FOCUSING ON.

THAT'S GOING TO BE A CULTURE SHOCK TO SOME AREAS OF OUR SCHOOL SYSTEM BECAUSE WE'RE GOING TO BE LOOKING AT EVERYBODY HAS THAT RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY AT ALL TIMES BECAUSE OF THE MAKEUP OF WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON IN OUR COMMUNITIES, AND UNFORTUNATELY HAS BECOME VERY DANGEROUS.

ONE OF THE THINGS I'M GOING TO BE LOOKING AT A LOT THIS YEAR IS GOING TO BE LOOKING AT A MANPOWER STRUCTURE AND HOW WE'RE GOING TO INCREASE OUR MANPOWER TO BE AT THE SCHOOL LEVEL FOR EYES ON AND QUALIFIED PEOPLE TO HANDLE SITUATIONS, TO WORK WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AS WELL AS OUR POLICE PARTNERS, AND THEN FOR PEOPLE TO COME OUT ON THIS LAST PART WITH THE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE PIECE, WE HAVE ADDED A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF EQUIPMENT SUCH AS CAMERAS AND ACCESS CONTROL AND ALARMS AND ALL THESE TYPE OF PHYSICAL SECURITY THINGS, BUT THEY ALL TAKE TECHNICIANS TO KEEP THIS EQUIPMENT HEALTHY AND VIABLE ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS.

LIKE I SAID EARLIER, AND AGAIN, WORKING WITH SCOTT CARSON'S GROUP AND TECHNOLOGY, AGAIN, WE'RE AT THAT FINAL STAGE NOW OF OUR LAST 16 SCHOOLS OR OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS THAT WE ARE NOW ADDING THE IP CAMERA SYSTEMS ON THAT.

WE STARTED APPROXIMATELY FOUR OR FIVE YEARS AGO.

WE ALSO NEED TO START PLANNING FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF SOME OF THIS EQUIPMENT.

A LOT OF THIS EQUIPMENT RUNS--ALL OF THIS EQUIPMENT RUNS 24/7, MUCH AS YOU JUST HEARD DR.

TILLMAN TALKING ABOUT THE REPLACEMENTS WITH OUR LAPTOPS FOR OUR STAFF, WHICH ABOUT EVERY THREE YEARS, OUR EQUIPMENT HAS A LIFE OF ABOUT FIVE YEARS AND THEY RUN 24/7.

SO LIKE ANYTHING, THIS STUFF HAS A TENDENCY TO DEGRADE AND IT GETS TO A POINT TO LIKE ANY TECHNOLOGY, YOU CAN'T REPLACE IT WITH A LIKE ITEM YOU HAVE TO UPGRADE BECAUSE THOSE SYSTEMS JUST AREN'T AVAILABLE ANY LONGER.

ALL OF OUR SCHOOLS ALSO HAVE NOW THEY'RE FULLY COMPLEMENT WITH ACCESS CONTROL, BUT BECAUSE OF ADDITIONS THAT SCHOOLS SUCH AS MEGA TRAILERS THAT WE'VE TALKED ABOUT A LOT, INDIVIDUAL TRAILERS THAT ARE GOING ON AND A LOT OF OUR SPECIAL ED NEEDS THAT GO ON BUILDINGS.

WE HAVE TO ADD ADDITIONAL DOORS TO SUPPORT BOTH OUR STAFF AND OUR STUDENTS BECAUSE OF THE PROGRAMS THAT ARE GOING ON.

SO A LOT OF THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON AND THAT'S A CONSTANT THAT GOES ON BASED ON WHAT THE STUDENT POPULATION AND THE NEEDS AT THE INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS.

A BIG PUSH AND OUR SUPERINTENDENT'S BEEN GREAT WITH THIS AS WELL AS OUR COMMUNICATION EXCUSE ME, OUR CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT TO WHERE WE'RE BUILDING THE ENTRANCES FOR SECURITY REASONS TO GET PEOPLE IN OUR BUILDING TO LIMIT INTRUDERS INTO OUR BUILDING, TO PUT THEM IN THE RIGHT PLACES AND WE'VE IDENTIFIED, OBVIOUSLY, 25 BUILDINGS THAT ARE DONE THAT HAVE TO BE COMPLETELY DONE, BUT WE HAVE SOME OTHERS THAT HAVE TO BE MODIFIED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR, SOME OF THE AREAS THAT WE FOCUS ON A LOT THIS YEAR AND WE'VE ALREADY STARTED THAT PROCESS IS SOME OF THE SECURITY OFFICERS THROUGH GRANTS AND A RADIO SYSTEM THAT IS SORELY NEEDED, SOMETHING THAT WE CAN HAVE FAST COMMUNICATIONS.

AN ADDITIONAL THING THAT'S BEEN A LITTLE BIT OF A SHOCK TO SOME OF OUR ADMINISTRATIVE TEAMS IS THIS RESPONSE PLAN OR COMMUNITY OF OPERATION PLAN OR COOP, WHICH HAS BEEN VITAL BECAUSE WE'VE SEEN THROUGHOUT OUR COMMUNITIES, THERE'S BEEN SOME SOME INCIDENCES WHERE BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN LOST FOR EITHER A CRIMINAL ACTIVITY OR A FIRE OF THIS NATURE.

SO WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO REPLACE ONE OF OUR BUILDINGS.

SO IT'S REACHING OUT AND HAVING ONE ON ONE CONVERSATION WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE TEAMS TO DEVELOP WHAT THEIR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ARE.

WHAT GOES ON AT A PRE K ENVIRONMENT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN AT A HIGH SCHOOL, SO WE HAVE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A VIABLE PLAN OF OPTION.

SO WE I REALLY LOVE THE WORK THAT YOU'RE DOING AND FOCUSING ON KEEPING OUR STUDENTS AND STAFF SAFE IN OUR BUILDINGS HAS GOT TO BE A PRIORITY BECAUSE IT WOULD ONLY TAKE ONE TRAGEDY FOR US TO ALL REALIZE THAT HAS TO BE OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, GETTING THESE DOUBLE VESTIBULES COMPLETED SOONER RATHER THAN LATER, AND I UNDERSTAND MAYBE WITH THE HELP OF BOS MONEY, WE'RE GOING TO BE ABLE TO START SOME OF THESE PROJECTS QUICKER, BUT I THINK THEY'RE CRITICAL TO THE SECURITY OF THE BUILDING.

SO APPROXIMATELY FOUR YEARS FROM NOW, WE'LL BE ASKING FOR THE BOARD TO APPROVE A FINAL WHAT WE'LL CALL THE PHASE TWO CONTRACT, WHICH WOULD DEMOLISH THE EXISTING FALLING CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDING AND CONSTRUCT THE ATHLETIC FACILITIES THAT WILL BE IN PLACE IN THE SAME LOCATION AS THE EXISTING BUILDING, FIRST CLASS TRACK, SOFTBALL, BASEBALL FIELDS, ETC..

SO AGAIN, THE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING, PLUS THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ATHLETIC FACILITIES WILL BE THE FINAL COMPONENT ABOUT FOUR YEARS FROM NOW.

HAVE YOU TRIED TO KILL YOURSELF IN THE IN THE LAST YEAR? I MEAN, I GUESS THAT'S YOU KNOW, ARE YOU CURRENTLY BEING TREATED FOR DEPRESSION? DOES WHAT IS ANOTHER ONE? WHAT I'D LIKE TO KNOW IS IF YOU ARE GOING TO ALLOW SMART METERS TO BE PLACED OUTSIDE OF THOSE TRAILERS BECAUSE DOMINION UTILITY IS CURRENTLY EXPOSING PEOPLE TO ILLEGAL LEVELS OF MICROWAVE RADIATION IN THEIR OWN HOMES AND I'VE BEEN TO THE SCHOOL BOARD, I'VE BEEN TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, I'VE SPOKEN TO THEM, I'VE BEEN TO THE VDH, I'VE BEEN TO THE VDOE IN REGARDS TO MICROWAVE RADIATION. I'LL FIGHT TO THE DEATH BECAUSE I BELIEVE OUR KIDS DESERVE IT.

THE LAST THING I JUST WANT TO SAY IS SPECIAL EDUCATION AND ESL IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

WE HAVE REVAMPED BOTH AREAS WITH GREAT PEOPLE, AND I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW, THEY ARE WORKING THEMSELVES INTO THE GROUND TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE WHAT WE HAVE AND THAT WE GET BETTER, AND IF WE DON'T DO IT RIGHT, WE MAKE SURE WE CHANGE OUR COURSE. I JUST WANTED TO MENTION THAT I AM HAVING TO A TOWN HALL, MIDLOTHIAN DISTRICT TOWN HALLS.

I'M CALLING BASICALLY BACK TO SCHOOL LISTENING SESSIONS.

I HEAR THAT THE COMMUNITY LIKES MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENGAGEMENT, SO THIS IS A CHANCE TO COME ON OUT.

THERE'LL BE SOME GUIDING QUESTIONS AND I'M EAGER TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.

THE FIRST ONE WILL BE SEPTEMBER 15TH AT ROBIOUS MIDDLE SCHOOL FROM 6:30 TO 7:30, AND THE SECOND ONE WILL BE SEPTEMBER 20TH FROM MANCHESTER AT MANCHESTER MIDDLE SCHOOL FROM 6:30 TO 7:30, AND I THINK IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED ALREADY IN SEVERAL OF OUR WORK SESSIONS, BUT WE WILL BE CONTINUING THE COUNTY WILL BE CONTINUING THE COMMUNITY TOWN HALLS ON THE BOND REFERENDUM.
