Upon conclusion of the special meeting, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711.A of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and specifically under subsections:
(1) the evaluation of the performance of a specific employee; and,
(2) the discussion and consideration of student disciplinary matters and matters that would involve the disclosure of student records.
The closed session will be held in the Superintendent’s Conference Room, 9900 Krause Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832. Immediately following the closed session, the Board will publicly certify the closed session and vote on the matters discussed therein, after which the meeting will be adjourned. No other public business will be conducted.
