Due to the COVID-19 occupancy limits of the Public Meeting Room and in keeping with safety protocols established by the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission and recommended by the Sheriff’s Department, seating for the Oct. 13, 2020 School Board work session and business meeting will be extremely limited; however, citizens wishing to attend the meeting in person may do so on a first-come, first-served basis as follows:

Any citizen wishing to attend the meeting in person will need to check in with the Sheriff’s Deputies upon arrival. Citizens will be given a number and — as seating is available — be seated in the order in which they checked in. All citizens will be required to wear a face covering and pass a simple health screening before entering the building. Reservations will not be accepted, and citizens are not guaranteed admission. Deputies will begin issuing numbered tickets at 3:30 p.m.

This meeting will be broadcast live online at http://chesterfieldschoolsva.swagit.com/live/ and on television via Comcast Channel 98 and Verizon Channel 28.
