Measures are being put in place to accommodate public input while practicing social distancing, as recommended by health officials.

 

Due to the COVID-19 occupancy limits of the Public Meeting Room and in keeping with safety protocols established by the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission and recommended by the Sheriff’s Department, the general public will not be able to be seated in the room; however, citizens requesting to speak before the Board will be given the opportunity to comment in person at the appropriate time. Those citizens wishing to participate in person will be required to wear a face covering and pass a simple health screening before entering the building.

 

Citizens are encouraged to submit their comments via the online form found at https://tinyurl.com/CCPS0811Comment. Comments submitted via the online form will be distributed to the Board prior to the start of the meeting and made publicly available as an addendum to the meeting minutes. Citizens wishing to address the Board in person must contact the Clerk’s office no later than 2 p.m. on Aug. 11. The online comment form will also close at this time. Each citizen may submit only one comment for this meeting.
