On being called to order, the School Board will adjourn immediately into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711.A of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and specifically under subsections:

(1) the discussion of personnel matters; and,

(2) the discussion and consideration of student disciplinary matters and matters that would involve the disclosure of student records.

NOTE: "The discussion of personnel matters" was added to the closed session agenda at 11:40 a.m. Oct. 7, 2019.
