Upon conclusion of the work session, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711.A of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and specifically under subsections:
(1) the discussion and consideration of personnel disciplinary matters; and,
(2) the discussion and consideration of matters that would involve the disclosure of student records.
The closed session will be held in the CCPS Central Office Board Room, 9900 Krause Rd., Chesterfield, VA 23832. The Board will return to the Public Meeting Room to publicly certify the closed session and vote on the matters discussed therein. The certification and vote will take place just prior to the 6:30 p.m. start of the business meeting.
