Upon conclusion of the work session, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711.A of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and specifically under subsections:

(1) the discussion and consideration of personnel disciplinary matters; and,

(2) the discussion and consideration of student disciplinary matters and matters that would involve the disclosure of student records.

Prior to the start of the Board’s 6:30 p.m. business meeting, the Board will publicly certify the closed session and vote on the matters discussed.
