On being called to order, the School Board will adjourn immediately into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711 of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, specifically subsections:
(1) discussion of the potential assignment or appointment of employees; and,
(8) consultation with legal counsel employed by the school division regarding specific legal matters requiring legal advice.

1. "Ideal methodology for CSE and additional special education support" has been moved from Slide #8 to Slide #9. This section now includes additional information.

Persons wishing to speak at scheduled public hearings are asked to notify the School Board Clerk’s Office by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Additionally, those persons who have not notified the Clerk’s Office may sign up to speak immediately prior to the beginning of the meeting at which the public hearing is scheduled.
Individuals shall limit their comments to three minutes. Individuals may not yield their time to other speakers. The Chairman may further limit the time allotted to speakers in order to ensure the orderly conduct of the meeting and the conclusion of the meeting at a reasonable time.
Upon recognition by the chairman, the speaker shall address himself to the chairman and if, at the conclusion of his remarks, any member of the School Board desires further information, the member will address the speaker only with the permission of the chairman.
