On being called to order the School Board will adjourn immediately into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711(A) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, in accordance with the following subsections:

(1) the discipline of employees;

(2) the discussion and consideration of matters that would involve the disclosure of student records

(3) the discussion or consideration of the acquisition of real property for a public purpose where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body; and,

(8) consultation with legal counsel employed by the school division regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
