On being called to order the School Board will adjourn immediately into closed session in accordance with Section 2.2-3711(A) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, in accordance with the following subsections:

1.   the discussion of the performance of specific employees; and,

2.   the discussion and consideration of matters that would involve the disclosure of student records.
