Under Section 2.2-3711(A) (1) of the Code of Virginia for Discussion of the evaluation of performance of a specific employee and (2) for discussion or consideration of admission or disciplinary matters or any other matters that would involve the disclosure of information contained in a scholastic record concerning any student of any Virginia public institution of higher education or any state school system.
